CONTRIBUTE FOR A TAX CREDIT
Four Simple Steps
1. GET PRE-QUALIFIED.
Please download and complete this Georgia Form IT-QEE-TP1.
The Taxpayer ID for Next Generation Scholarship Foundation, Inc., which is required on Form IT-QEE-TP1, is
26-3383887.

2. GET cONFIRMATION.
The Department of Revenue will then send you an Approval Letter by U.S. Mail.
By Georgia law, the taxpayer and the student scholarship organization (GOAL) will both receive a copy of the taxpayer’s Approval Letter from the DOR.
3. SUBMIT DONATION.
Make check payable to "Next Generation Scholarship Foundation, Inc." in the amount of your contribution. In the memo portion of the check, please notate the name of the participating school for which the contribution is made on behalf of.
Mail a copy of the form to NGSF along with your donation within 60 days of the date the Department of Revenue signs your form.

4. Get Credit.
NGSF will send you a confirmation form (IT-QEE-SSO1) for you to utilize for your taxes.
You will also need to download a copy of IT-QEE-TP2 to file with your taxes. You will not receive this form from NGSF.
